Why so Difficult?

I was displeased with the service I received. It took way too long to receive the flyer he told me would be done in two weeks. That turned into 1 month and some change. I visited the office and called continually and got no responces until he finally called and told me they were ready. He had no explanations but saying he was "busy". I've never run into such a horrible business man.
