Dr. Ladner, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon in Denver, CO and Beverly Hills, CA, completed advanced fellowship training under one of the world’s leading facial plastic surgeons. He then taught facial plastic surgery residents before starting his cosmetic surgery practice in Denver, CO in 2011. Due to high demand for his services, Dr. Ladner expanded his surgical practice and opened his second location in Beverly Hills, CA in 2023. Dr. Ladner is proud to serve the people of Denver, Greenwood Village, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and other nearby communities in Colorado and California. Education and Training Dr. Ladner completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Washington, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in economics and being elected to Phi Beta Kappa, the oldest academic honor society in the U.S. He then returned to Colorado and earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, CO. Dr. Ladner graduated with honors and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the most prestigious honor society in the U.S. for medical students. His advanced training included completing a residency in the Head & Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery program at the University of North Carolina. He then was 1 of only 37 surgeons in the country accepted into a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship, training under world-renowned surgeon Dr. Edward Farrior, a past president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Carolyn McEntee, RN BSN

Carolyn was raised in New Hampshire, but came to CO 15 years ago to ski! She has been a RN for 10 years and started out in Bone Marrow Transplant. She has been an aesthetic injector for over seven years and loves making people feel like their most confident version of themself. When she is not at work she is enjoying time with friends and her golden doodle and boyfriend, hiking, skiing and enjoying everything CO has to offer. Her favorite treatments are threads, lips and Sculptra.

Maureen

Maureen moved to Colorado from New Jersey in 1992. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Scranton and has been in the medical profession for over 30 years. She made the transition from perioperative nursing to aesthetics four years ago and is very excited to be a part of such an amazing team of professionals. She lives in beautiful Morrison, CO and enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and going to concerts at Red Rocks.

Shannon M. , RN

Shannon is a Registered Nurse with nearly a decade of clinical experience. She obtained her BA from Colorado State University and BSN from Milwaukee School of Engineering, where she graduated Valedictorian of her accelerated nursing program. After becoming a mom of two, she transitioned her nursing practice from pediatrics (Cardiac ICU, Emergency and PACU) to aesthetics. She has now spent several years helping people restore their love of who they see in the mirror via injectables, laser, microneedling and targeted skincare. She emphasizes a comprehensive approach to aesthetics, creating custom plans to achieve her clients’ desired outcomes. When she’s not injecting you can find Shannon at home in Parker, CO with her husband, son and daughter. She loves Bravo TV and the color pink, and you will not make it out of an appointment with her without a good laugh.

Emily came to Colorado in 2016 as a travel nurse, and decided to relocate from Ohio shortly after her third assignment. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Toledo in 2013. Her past nursing experience includes cardiothoracic ICU, pediatrics, and pain management. She transitioned to the operating room in 2018, where she developed her passion for plastic surgery at The University Of Colorado in Aurora, CO. She enjoys connecting with patients, and advocating for them through the surgical and recovery process. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and dog. You can find her trying out the latest restaurants, fitness classes, and events in the Rocky Mountains.

Meet Porsche! She was born and raised in Colorado in a family of three sisters. She is a graduate of Colorado State University Pueblo with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a background in psychology. For the past year, she has gained experience in plastic surgery as Nurse Manager and Patient Coordinator for the Center for Plastic Surgery at Castle Rock. She enjoys caring for patients and helping them through the transformative healing process that occurs in aesthetic medicine. In her spare time, she can be found playing soccer, lifting, and spending time with her close friends & family. Most often, she is attending sporting events to cheer for the Broncos, Nuggets, & AVS!

Luciana, RN, BSN

Luciana is a Colorado native and has been a nurse since 2013. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Northern Colorado. Her past nursing experience includes neuro-trauma and surgery. She developed a passion for plastic surgery while working in the operating room at St Anthony’s Hospital in Lakewood, CO. This lead to her transition from the hospital setting to Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery in 2019. She works at both practice locations alongside Dr. Ladner—Greenwood Village, CO and Beverly Hills, CA. She is passionate about surgery and safe patient care. In her free time, Luciana enjoys spending time outside with her daughters and exploring new places.

Kathryn Tomitz BSN, RNFA, CNOR

Originally from Long Island, New York, Kat has been living in Colorado and working as an operating room nurse since 2019. Kat graduated from Duquesne University’s Accelerated BSN program in 2019 after earning her BA in Psychology from Binghamton University in 2016. Her background is in open heart surgery where she also trained with board-certified Cardiothoracic Surgeons for her First Assistant certification. Kat is very grateful to be able to make cardiac and plastics, her two surgery loves, part of her nursing career. When she’s not in an operating room, Kat has an abundance of hobbies to keep her busy, including reading, drawing, crocheting, photography, hiking, weightlifting, dancing, and singing.
